it's been a great year
and i am ready for more

I struggle at night
when I'm reading a good book
and time is my foe

Wish I could go on
wrap myself with all the words
and drown in their world

Could have made twitter

but I can make more stanzas

without a limit

On a Winter Holiday

the streets are empty
on this cold rainy morning
